We will gladly accept exchanges on any items which are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached) and were not purchased under final sale terms. Please see the following conditions:
- Full Refund: Please return item, under the above conditions, within 10 days of receipt for a full refund.
- Store Credit: Items returned after 10 days and before 20 days will be for store credit only.
- We no longer accept returns or exchanges after 20 days.
- Shoes: Shoes will be accepted only if returned in their original, undamaged shoe box or bag and in their original, unworn condition.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
- Please note that all special orders and custom-made clothing, undergarments, jewelry, colognes and toiletries and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
- ALL SALE ITEMS, INCLUDING THOSE PURCHASED WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE, ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
If you decide to return/exchange an item to drinkwaterscambridge.com you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Drinkwater's, Cambridge. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item (minus original shipping cost), and email you a receipt.

Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, Drinkwater's, Inc. reserves the right to reject any exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
